CREATING A DIET SYSTEM

The Lesson
Willpower is a myth. Science can't find it. What exists is hunger level. On prednisone, you eat like a pig not because willpower decreased, but because hunger increased. The system: (1) Recognize willpower doesn't exist. Only hunger levels. (2) Separate regular hunger (need to fill stomach) from cravings (sugar/carb addiction). (3) Eat unlimited healthy food. Lean proteins, complex carbs, vegetables. Never be hungry. (4) Eliminate craving triggers. Sugar, white bread, white rice, white potatoes. These are self-addicting. (5) The less you eat craving foods, the less you crave them. The cravings literally go away.
Real-World Example
A founder wants to lose weight while building a startup. Wrong approach: 'I'll use willpower to eat less.' Right approach: Stock the office with unlimited healthy snacks. Nuts, vegetables, lean proteins. Remove all simple carbs. Never be hungry, never trigger cravings. After two weeks, the cravings for donuts literally disappear. No willpower needed. Just input management.
